Do any of your products contain ingredients that may cause a reaction to my skin? Our Wrinkle Recovery Serum contains retinol and when using this products, do not combine it with any products that contain Salicylic Acid or Vitamin C. Also, do not use during the day especially when you are exposed to sun. If you are using the CC Serum with Vitamin C, do not wear them at the same time. Use the CC Serum with Vitamin C for daytime and use the Wrinkle Recovery Serum before bed. If you have sensitive skin or if you have never used a Vitamin A or retinol product, start by only using the Wrinkle Recovery Serum every other day. If you are not experiencing any reaction or dryness, slowly increase usage until you work up to applying it every night before bed. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Always contact your physician should you have any questions.
If my skin becomes irritated, what might be the reason(s)?
~Combining: Using improper products together may cause irritation or breakouts. See example above regarding the proper use of the CC Serum with Vitamin C and the Wrinkle Recovery Serum.
~Diet: Too much sugar, gluten and/or dairy may cause breakouts or flare ups within the skin.
~Too many new products at once: Incorporating too many new products in a routine can occasionally cause irritation or breakouts. If this occurs, start staggering the usage of the products so that you are using each of them 2-3 times per week. After a couple of months, you should be able to start incorporating them into your daily skin care routine. This will give your skin's cellular turnover a proper full cycle to adapt.
~Allergy: Unknown allergies within ingredients can cause irritation, breakouts and flare ups. Please check the individual product descriptions on the website or on the bottle/jar for all ingredients. If burning or itching occurs, stop usage.
~Application: When and how formulas are applied make all the difference. For example, not rinsing off a cleanser fully or using the Wrinkle Recovery Serum during the day or when exposed to sun. For best results, apply the product formulations as directed and in the particular order recommended by Natural Grace Skin Care.
I just placed an order, when will it ship? Most orders will be shipped out approximately 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. All orders will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail All orders over $49 that receive free shipping will be shipped Priority Mail. Packages that are under 13 oz will be shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise discussed.
Tracking numbers will be updated shortly after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number 3-4 business after your order is submitted, please email us at sales@naturalgraceskin.com.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order is defective or damaged please please contact us at sales@naturalgraceskin.com within 3 business days of delivery. At that time, we will ship out a new product to you.
What is your refund policy? All sales are final once the product seal has been removed. As mentioned above, if you order is defective or damaged, it will be replaced. If you receive the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@naturalgraceskin.com within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email ASAP at sales@naturalgraceskin.com. We can change the address to the correct one as long as the package has not shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship to all 50 states. The average shipping time is 1-3 business days for Priority Mail and 3-5 business days for First Class Mail.
